White Refined Sugar
White Refined Sugar is the pure crystallized sucrose derived from sugarcane or sugar beets. After harvesting, the juice from these plants is extracted and carefully boiled to reduce moisture content. As the moisture evaporates, the natural sucrose within the juice crystallizes. These sugar crystals are then separated, leaving behind the remaining extracts in the form of molasses.
